These Terms govern your use of Episody (the “Service”), operated by Episody. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Episody is a TV and show tracking application. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old to use it. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app; deletion can be cancelled within a 30-day window by logging back in, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without cause or notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Paid plans are offered and billed through the Apple App Store. Plans are a voluntary way to support Episody. Purchasing a plan does not obligate us to provide any specific feature, content, level of availability, or outcome. Billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple under its terms.
We do not issue refunds directly. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple under the App Store policy, and only to the extent required by applicable law.
The Service may display advertising, including through Google AdMob. Advertising and analytics providers may collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the Service. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, automate abuse of, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Episody and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
We may add, modify, or remove features, and may change these Terms, at any time. Material changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
